Manufacturing Team
Years of Experience in Running Lumber Mills, Assessing Lumber Quality & Assembling Wood Products
It takes many people to run a mill and produce thousands of pallets and shipping products a day. More importantly, it takes a team of people to do so safely and efficiently.
Gerrity's manufacturing team is comprised of some of the industry's most talented design engineers, NHLA-certified forest engineers, sawyers, mechanics and machine operators with years of experience in running lumber mills, assessing lumber quality, and assembling wood products.
To ensure the quality of your wood pallets, wooden boxes, wooden crates and custom packaging orders, and timeliness of their delivery, our manufacturing and assembly supervisors are cross-trained in every aspect of production. They have streamlined processes, maximized operational safety and minimized waste.
Our millwrights, sawyers, edgers, trimmers, gang saw, nailer, slasher, log-loader and forklift operators, as well as customer service representatives and transportation managers work in concert to turn raw materials into finished, deliverable products - your finished products, according to your design specs, and to your delivery schedule.
